Scene Presence Manager

1. Create or select a scene using + New on the left. 2. Name the scene in Scene setup and press Save scene. 3. Manage attendance in Presence roster. To add names in bulk, use Master roster & Notion directly below it. 4. Create rooms and groups, assign characters, and save.

Scroll inside the framed roster to browse this page. Use arrows to move between pages of 20 characters. Search checks everyone in the scene.

Your master roster is shared across scenes in this browser. Notion preview → Import previewed names → Search a character → Check their box → Add selected to this scene. Import names in bulk, choose who enters a scene, or connect a read-only Notion sync Worker. Your scenes are never sent to Notion.

Both rosters are A–Z. Search checks the ENTIRE imported master roster, not just this page. Check boxes, then press Add selected to current scene. After adding, scroll to Presence roster to edit each person.

Locations answer WHERE someone is (Main lounge, kitchen, hallway). Groups answer WHO they belong with (X-Men, Primaries, council). They are independent. Creating one below makes it available in this scene. You can also assign a whole filtered group of characters to a location at once.

A recent history of movements and edits, so you can remember who left the room or changed activity. The latest 300 entries are kept.
